The Montville Public Schools Technology Department supports teaching, learning, and district operations by providing reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions. Our goal is to enhance the educational experience for students while improving efficiency and communication for staff and families.
Our team manages and maintains the district’s network infrastructure, supports instructional and administrative applications, and develops technology standards, policies, and procedures. We also provide ongoing training to staff to ensure effective integration of technology into the classroom and daily operations.
A key priority of the department is cybersecurity and data privacy. We work proactively to protect district systems and safeguard sensitive information through secure practices, system monitoring, and user awareness. The district is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of student and staff data and ensuring compliance with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations. Creating a safe and secure digital environment for students and staff is central to everything we do.
