Montville Public Schools works with all employees including past, present, and future employees to address employment issues in an efficient and timely manner. It is our goal to recruit a highly qualified staff and to retain that staff for many years to support the unique needs of our school community. Positions in the district include: teachers, administrators, secretaries, custodians, maintenance workers, bus drivers, paraeducators, school nurses, technology specialists, substitute teachers, and volunteers.
