1:1 Device Program

2023-2024 Devices

Students are strongly urged to use the district-provided devices. If you opt to provide a device for your child, you need to ensure that the device will hold a charge for the full school day as we do not have the capacity for students to plug in devices in the classrooms.

We are able to ensure school issued devices have the necessary applications and address any issues students may encounter. One application which is especially important is LanSchool Air which enables the teacher to connect with all students in the classroom and engage with them remotely as they work in school.  For example, the teacher can view the student’s monitor as they work and offer feedback in real time. They can also manage the class by blanking the students’ screens to bring their attention back to whole class instruction or restrict students’ access to the internet.

  1. 2023-2024 Parent MPS Technology Agreement form
Parents/guardians, please complete to ACCEPT or DECLINE your student receiving a 1:1 device, complete the orientation and confirm you have reviewed the MPS 1:1 Device Handbook. The agreement form must be accepted before a student is issued a device.

  2. MPS Protection Plan
