Montville IT Department supports student learning and organizational efficiencies through technology support, training and implementation. This includes key functions such as application and user support, technology standards, developing appropriate policies and procedures, managing the network and maintaining various district software systems. In addition, our team helps to support the training of district staff on new technology applications, and systems.
The Help Desk is here to help staff with technology concerns. The Help Desk can be reached at https://mps-ct.incidentiq.com/ using Montville Google account. IT Staff works Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm. In addition, Faculty, Staff and Students can send an email at [email protected] using school issued email accounts. The email automatically generates a Help Desk ticket.
