Facilities Department
The Montville Public Schools Facilities Department is dedicated to providing safe, clean, and well-maintained learning environments for all students, staff, and visitors. Our team works diligently behind the scenes to ensure that every school building and district facility operates efficiently and supports the educational mission of the district.
Under the leadership of Director of Facilities, Willie Quinones, the department oversees building maintenance, custodial services, groundskeeping, and capital improvement projects. From daily operations to long-term planning, the Facilities team is committed to maintaining high standards across all district properties.
Our responsibilities include:

- Custodial and sanitation services
- Grounds and outdoor space upkeep
- Safety inspections and compliance
- Coordination of repairs and facility upgrades
- Support for school and community events
