Day B

Attention Students! The end of the school year is quickly approaching~Wednesday May 23rd will be the last day charging will be allowed at the cafeteria. Please make sure your lunch account is paid.

Attention Freshman: There is a very important class meeting today in room 205 directly after school. Elections and fundraising will be discussed. Please make every effort to attend and see Mrs. Grills if you have any questions.

Attention Class of 2018, please pick up your Mixed Bags orders in room 406!

Senior class t-shirts are available for pick up in Mrs. Magano's room 404 starting today!

The library will be closed after school on Wednesday, March 23rd.

Attention seniors! In order to attend the Senior Outing on May 31st you must have paid your senior dues and completed a permission form. You can get your permission slips in your English class, the Main Office or in rooms 404 or 406! Permission forms are due NO LATER than May 25th and must be turned in to Mrs. Magano in room 404 or Mrs. Beltran in room 406!

SENIORS: All seniors must complete the SENIOR EXIT SURVEY in Naviance by June 1st. This is a graduation requirement and the only way the counseling office knows where to send your final transcripts. You will not receive your cap and gown if you do not complete the survey!

Remember students ~ be respectful, responsible, and always put forth your best effort.


Montville Arts Council’s Annual Book Sale

Get your summer reading for the beach

All funds support our programs for the arts here at MHS.

Books are now on display in the media center. We are hoping they will travel to senior court for lunch waves.

  • $1 paperbacks
  • $2 hardcovers

If you would like to donate your books to us, we are happy to take them. They should have some resale value to our audience of students and teachers.

There are a limited number of yearbooks for sale in room 804. The cost is $75 cash only. First come first served.



Busses will be leaving the parking lot at exactly 2:10 every day.

Announcements will be read earlier and the bell will ring when announcements are complete, which will be a few minutes before 2:05.

Students taking the bus must move as quickly as possible in order for busses to roll out at 2:10.

Students who drive to school need a parking pass. Please come to the main office to pick up an application.

Attention all students: Ear-buds/earphones are only allowed in classrooms at the teacher's discretion. Earphones should not be visible in the hall during school hours, which means no ear-buds hanging off ears or shoulders. Large headphones/headsets are never allowed during school hours; 7:35 am to 2:05 pm.

LATE ARRIVAL/EARLY DISMISSAL forms are available in the main office.

LATE BUS: Any student participating in an after-school activity must obtain a late bus pass from their teacher or coach. The office will not issue late bus passes.

  • Late buses are available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.
  • There are no late buses MONDAYS and FRIDAYS

Available from 2:15 until 3:15. Open to all students.

  • Tuesday lab is in room 201.
  • Wednesday lab is in room 107.
  • Thursday lab is in room 205.


As of Monday May 1st, the cafeteria can no longer accept any new charging. All accounts must be paid in full. Please see Mrs. Osborn with any questions or concerns.

PARKING PASSES: Parking pass applications are available in the main office. All students driving to school need a pass.

Students driving to school need to park in Lot A (front of the school). Parking is not permitted in the back or side lots. No exceptions to the rule. Effective immediately cars will be towed at the owner's expense if the rules are not followed.

Student Emergency Health Forms
Students who have not returned their emergency health form to the nurse are reminded to do so. Forms may be obtained in the main office or from the nurse.


MHS CLASS DUES: What is it?

MHS seniors are expected to pay $100 in Class Dues. This is a one-time fee.
The dues are used to cover the costs of the graduation cap and gown, graduation announcements, and Senior Class Outing. Class Dues does not cover the yearbook.
When you make a payment, please make the checks payable to MHS, (write students name in the subject line) and have student being the check to their advisor.
