KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
•To be eligible for kindergarten in September, a child must be five years old before the end of this year. •The Montville Board of Education requires that a child have a recent physical examination and that the results of that examination be submitted at registra-tion. •A recent physical exam is one given within twelve (12) months of the date of entry into school. •Forms for registration, physical examination, and health forms are available at any of the elementa-ry school offices during the regular school hours.
