The high school years provide each student with the wonderful opportunity to discover his or her unique talents and gifts. One way to learn is through participation in the variety of clubs, organizations and teams that exist at Montville High School. There are outstanding athletic teams and musical programs as well as literary and drama clubs and academic groups that will help any individual learn more about him/herself, and to develop friendships that may last a lifetime.

The high school years are unsurpassed in the unique and memorable opportunities that will present themselves. Students need to study hard, challenge themselves, set high goals and enjoy the experience. Becoming involved in school will accomplish these goals.

The faculty and staff will offer help along the way. Please ask for our assistance. Along with everyone at Montville High School, I wish you an exciting and successful year.

Montville High School Choirs Concert
Wednesday, May 24th
7:00pm, MHS Auditorium
FREE

MHS Choirs will be performing their final concert of the year tomorrow night. The program will include several familiar pop songs, as well as some art music and folksongs! All but two of the pieces being performed were either arranged or composed by our students. Highlights include an original composition for Choir and Soloist by Alan Abutin, and a collection of songs from six different cultures presented as The Postcard Project: A Presentation to Inspire Multicultural Solidarity.

The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center has announced its selections for the 12th Annual Young Playwrights Festival.

SUMMER MEAL PROGRAM


Montville Schools Nutrition Program has a FREE breakfast and lunch Summer Food Service Program open at the Montville Social Services office 7/5-8/11/17 Mon.-Fri. 9:05 AM-9:35 AM for breakfast and 12:05- 12:35 PM for lunch in the old Town Hall off Rt.32 for children 18 years old and younger.

Plus the MHS summer Montville Parks and Rec Camp Program has free breakfast at 8:15-8:45 AM and 12-12:30 PM a free lunch program from 6/26-8/11/17 (not 7/3 & 7/4) Mon. through Fri.
