Music Assignment-10/2

Create Five songs in Acid Music Studio. Export them as an MP3 and then import them into Flash. Create a background skin and then place five play buttons that play each song. Create one stop button that will stop all sounds (hint: it's in the behaviors).

Channel 20 Assignment

Set a stage of 800 x 150 pixels. Go into shared files/multimedia/channel 20 pics and pic a logo for WMHS. Color the logo in and make a short animation (see channel 20) with the logo and the words WMHS. The background should be black and it should be at least 15 seconds in duration.

Robotics

Now that you know about torque, center of gravity and how to calculate gear ratios its time for a new challenge. We are going to make sumobots. The challenge is to build a sumobot that will push another sumobot out of the ring. We are going to use a combination of materials and controls for the sumobot. For the controls we are going to use our vex controller, transmitter and servos. We are not going to use the motors in the vex kit. I will provide you with those motors. Before we construct the sumo bot we are going to have to learn about the sensors of the vex kit. Read the sensors chapter in the notebook and answer the following.
