Final Project Expectations--this will be begun in class!
Holden meets _____________________________, and they journey to adulthood.
In this piece of creative writing, you will be asked to introduce the characters we've encountered this semester and bring them together for one heck of a journey. At the end of this journey (based on Joseph Campbell's Hero's Cycle) Holden and company will be enlightened young adults and no longer confused teenagers.
You must include the following information:
A. You must somehow demonstrate to me your knowledge of the characters you choose to include, as well as Holden.
B. You must include at least 3 other characters (see list below).
C. Your story must follow the genre of the Coming of Age story discussed in class and in the essay we read.
D. You must include at least 3 details from each of the stories that the characters have come from (these should be hidden and exposed throughout your own story.
