Welcome to Montville High School, "The Best Kept Secret in Connecticut." As we approach the new millennium MHS is dedicated to providing all students with the skills necessary to succeed in a global society. We are a good school that models responsibility, empowerment, and trust. Our dedicated staff has researched and implemented a number of new school initiatives that have had a positive effect upon the teaching-learning process. They include: block scheduling, school-to-career, new curricular innovations, student assessment, staff development, parent-community relations, community public relations, state of the art technology, CAPT and SAT preparation, zero tolerance discipline policy, attendance, and dress code, to name a few. I am excited to be a part of this restructuring effort that seeks to monitor the improvement of our schools and re-establish the vision for the educational program.
