GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES/PARENTS


a. If a parent has a problem, complaint, or grievance with a teacher, the parent will first discuss the matter personally with the teacher to resolve it.
b. If the parent is not satisfied with the outcome following the personal contact mentioned above, the parent may then consult with the principal.
c. If the parent is not satisfied with the outcome of the conference with the principal, the parent may then consult with the Assistant Superintendent or Director of Special Education.
d. If the parent is not satisfied with the outcome of the conference, the matter may then be referred to the Superintendent of Schools.
