DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT
Montville Public Schools policy states that no person shall be excluded from
participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise discriminated against
under any program, including employment, because of race, color, sex, sexual
orientations, national origin, religion, age, mental or physical ability, mental
retardation, or marital status. Any student or parent/guardian who alleges discrimination,
should pursue a complaint, in writing, to the compliance coordinator at the
superintendent’s office.
Palmer Academy program will not tolerate prejudice or discriminatory comments,
actions or vandalism directed at a specific group or individual. These actions
will be subject to disciplinary procedures.
